Do you charge for estimates?
No. On-site estimates are free, with no trip charge or estimate fee, anywhere in our service area.
What areas do you serve?
Payson and our surrounding Rim Country communities, including Star Valley, Pine, Strawberry, Rye, Gisela, Christopher Creek, Tonto Basin, Heber-Overgaard, Forest Lakes, and Happy Jack.
Can you rescreen my existing frames?
Yes. If your frames are in good shape, we put new bug or solar mesh in them. If not, we build new custom frames to fit.
What's the difference between bug screen and solar screen?
Bug screen keeps bugs out while letting the breeze and view through. Solar screen blocks heat and glare before it reaches the glass, keeping rooms cooler and protecting furniture from fading. It comes in 80% to 99% densities, with multiple color options across the range.
What is Screen Magic™?
A treatment that revives dirty, dull screens that aren't sun damaged yet, for a fraction of the cost of new screens. Most customers book it once a year.
How do I know if my screens need replacing or just Screen Magic?
Faded, stretched, torn, or striped mesh needs replacing. Screens that are just dusty or dull are usually great Screen Magic candidates. We'll show you exactly what we see when we come out.
How long does a screen room take?
Most of our screen rooms go from an open patio to a finished room in 2–3 days, depending on size.
Will micromesh gutter guard keep pine needles out?
Yes. The fine mesh stops ponderosa needles, oak leaves, and juniper bits while rainwater flows through, so you can stay off the ladder.
What kinds of doors do you install?
Swinging, sliding, and retractable screen doors, with a focus on custom powder-coated aluminum, plus steel security doors. We also service and rescreen the doors you already have.
